- Illegal goods, services, activity, or instructions facilitating wrongdoing.
- Child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors, violent pornography, or unlawful adult content.
- Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, threats, graphic violence, or abusive content.

2. Prohibited practices
- Phishing, credential theft, malware, spyware, ransomware, forced downloads, cryptojacking, or malicious code.
- Cloaking, content substitution after approval, offer rotation, smart links, offerwalls, or undisclosed intermediary pages.
- Redirecting traffic to a brand or product unrelated to the approved advertised brand.
- Using an IP address instead of a valid domain as the destination.
- Back-button hijacking, browsing locks, impossible-to-close dialogs, excessive sound, or other coercive experiences.
- Collecting sensitive data through our tracking parameters, pixel, or postback.
- Artificially generating visits, conversions, leads, or engagement.
3. Restricted categories
The following require advance written approval and may be unavailable in some locations: gambling, alcohol, financial products, lending, cryptocurrency, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, supplements, legal claims, sweepstakes, subscriptions with recurring billing, age-restricted products, and other regulated services. Advertisers must supply licenses, disclosures, age or location controls, and claim substantiation when requested.
4. Destination and disclosure standards
The destination must load reliably, use HTTPS, clearly identify the advertiser, accurately describe price and material terms, provide legally required privacy and contact information, and make disclosures clear and proximate to the claim or action they qualify. Checkout and lead forms must not use deceptive design or preselected consent where prohibited.
5. Brand and authorization verification
A campaign may be activated only for the advertised brand's approved website. We may verify control through domain-based email, DNS, contractual authorization, or other reasonable evidence. Agencies must have authority from the brand.
6. Enforcement
We may reject, pause, investigate, or terminate any campaign, destination, or advertiser that violates this policy or creates legal, user-safety, quality, or partner risk. Serious violations may be reported to payment, hosting, traffic, or legal authorities as appropriate. Review criteria are not exhaustive.
7. Request a review
Send the brand, destination, countries, category, and supporting licenses to advertisers@highintenttraffic.com.
