Terms of Service

These business-to-business terms govern access to our website and purchase or use of High Intent Traffic services.

Effective and last updated: September 1, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms form a binding agreement between Amazing Solutions Inc., operator of High Intent Traffic, and the business accepting them (“Advertiser,” “you”). You represent that you are at least 18, acting for a business and not as a consumer, and authorized to bind that business. Our Privacy Policy, Advertiser Terms, Advertising Policy, Refund Policy, and any accepted order are incorporated into these Terms.

2. Services

We source, manage, track, and report brand-relevant digital traffic routed to an approved destination. Inventory, forecasts, delivery timing, placements, and prices may change. Estimates and proposal screenshots do not guarantee availability, exclusivity, sales, leads, revenue, ranking, or any conversion outcome.

3. Orders and payment

Campaigns are prepaid unless we agree otherwise in writing. The displayed total covers the selected traffic package and disclosed services; taxes and separately agreed services may be additional. An order is subject to payment, brand and destination verification, compliance review, and inventory confirmation. We may decline or modify a campaign and will handle unused funds under the Refund Policy.

4. Advertiser responsibilities

You must provide accurate information; control or be authorized to use the brand and destination; maintain a secure, functional destination; comply with applicable advertising, privacy, consumer-protection, sanctions, intellectual-property, and sector-specific laws; and follow our Advertising Policy. You are responsible for your products, claims, disclosures, licenses, fulfillment, customer service, and the lawful use of conversion tracking.

5. Measurement and invalid traffic

Our reporting is the operational record for visits delivered and campaign charges, subject to good-faith review of documented discrepancies. We may filter suspected bots, duplicates, security events, and other invalid traffic. Third-party analytics will not always match because of time zones, blocking, redirects, consent choices, attribution windows, and technical differences.

6. Intellectual property and brand materials

We retain all rights in our service, software, pricing, reports, segment definitions, and methods. You grant us a limited license during the proposal and campaign period to use your submitted brand name, logo, public website screenshot, domain, and materials solely to prepare, review, deliver, and report your campaign. No ownership or endorsement is implied.

7. Suspension and termination

We may pause, reject, or terminate access or a campaign for nonpayment, suspected fraud, brand-authorization concerns, policy or legal risk, destination changes, partner requirements, security issues, or breach. You may request cancellation under the Refund Policy. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

8. Disclaimers

Except for express commitments in an accepted order, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee conversions or business results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability arising from a campaign will not exceed the amount you paid us for that campaign during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

10. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless High Intent Traffic, Amazing Solutions Inc., and their personnel from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your destination, products, advertising claims, brand or content rights, privacy practices, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through written notice. Subject to applicable law, exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Puerto Rico.

12. General

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated documents are the entire agreement unless a signed written agreement states otherwise. Electronic acceptance and communications are valid.
