1. Brand authority
You represent and warrant that you own, represent, or are expressly authorized to advertise the named brand and use its trademarks, domains, creative, and destination. We may require verification from an email address on the brand's domain or other documentation before launch.
2. Direct and relevant destination
Traffic must end on the official website of the advertised brand or another destination expressly approved in writing. The destination, offer, and products must be materially related to that brand. Redirects to unrelated brands, affiliate offer rotation, smart links, cloaking, and substitution of approved content are prohibited.
3. Campaign supply
Traffic may originate from commerce, coupon, brand-discovery, domain, app, browser-extension, and other approved digital environments. Supply may be purchased through real-time auctions and managed partners. Placement mix and individual source volume may change while remaining within the accepted campaign parameters.
4. Estimates, budgets, and delivery
Available-visit figures are estimates, not reservations until the order is accepted. Campaigns may deliver faster or slower based on eligible supply, bidding conditions, geography, device, compliance review, destination availability, and competition. We will not intentionally exceed the prepaid campaign total without written authorization.
5. Destination standards
You must keep the destination live, secure, mobile-compatible where mobile traffic is purchased, and free of malware, forced downloads, deceptive navigation, back-button hijacking, or undisclosed redirects. You must notify us before materially changing the destination, offer, claims, or tracking behavior.
6. Regulated products and claims
You are responsible for licenses, age gates, geographic eligibility, disclosures, substantiation, and approvals required for financial services, insurance, gambling, alcohol, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, legal services, sweepstakes, subscriptions, and other regulated categories. Approval by us does not constitute legal approval.
7. Tracking and reporting
You authorize our redirects, campaign parameters, conversion pixel, or server-to-server postback for delivery and attribution. You will not alter, reverse engineer, misuse, or disclose private reporting tokens. You must not transmit sensitive personal data through tracking fields. Our visit count governs billing, subject to documented invalid-traffic review.
8. No performance guarantee
We sell managed traffic delivery, not guaranteed acquisitions. Conversion rate, revenue, return on ad spend, and other outcomes depend on the advertiser's offer, site, pricing, product, tracking, and market conditions and are not guaranteed.
9. Review and enforcement
Every campaign is subject to ongoing review by us and our supply partners. We may request changes, reject, pause, or terminate a campaign that presents legal, policy, quality, security, reputational, or partner risk. The Refund Policy controls treatment of unused funds.
